Merton Community School District - MVP - Merton's Values Personified

The Merton MVP (Merton's Values Personified) is the Merton Community School District’s employee recognition program. Every staff member has an important role in the district. The goal of the MVP program is to identify and recognize employees who have gone above and beyond and exemplify our Mission, Values, and Vision.
