Final Strategic Plan 2024-2029
Dear Merton Community:
Merton Community School District launched a comprehensive update to our strategic plan beginning in November 2023. The process and strategic plan was created with input from Merton staff, families, students, and community members. This strategic plan will serve as a roadmap to heighten excellence in our school community.
Our 2018-2023 Strategic Plan has guided our improvement efforts for the past five years. We looked to this process to focus our improvement efforts for the next five years.
This strategic planning process was facilitated by Dr. JoAnn Sternke and Brian Kammers of Excel Leader LLC. They met with stakeholders throughout the school year to attain input. Moreover, a Strategic Planning Committee comprised of representatives including staff, parents, community members, administrators and board members guided the process.
Multiple opportunities were provided for stakeholder input. Your voice was important to us!
