Fall 2026-2027 School Year Registration
Our 2026-2027 registration window for current school year for families that use Wisconsin Youth Company opens April 14-20, 2026, and families new to Wisconsin Youth Company opens April 28-May 5, 2026. These windows are for families to register for Before School, After School and/or 4K wrap.
We understand that child care is a large expense for families. We invite all families who feel the need to apply. Families are eligible primarily based on financial need, which can be short-term or long-term. Families do not need to qualify for other financial aid in order to meet WYC eligibility. The WYC Scholarship Committee considers all families’ circumstances and will award tuition assistance as available. Families must register for a Wisconsin Youth Company program in order for their application to be reviewed. Awarded scholarships will cover a portion of program fees. who receive free and reduced lunch are eligible for a 25% discount on school year and summer day camp program fees. In order to receive the discount, families must submit current verification of free and reduced lunch eligibility to info@wisconsinyouthcompany.org.
